Peon Boyle

Peon Boyle is a Hong Kong printmaker, artist and educator who has been living and working in the UK. She is fascinated by the natural beauty of the South Downs, the river Adur and the local woodlands, which inspire her to create prints that capture the essence and atmosphere of these landscapes. She works with various printmaking techniques, both traditional and digital, and often combines calligraphy with monoprinting to create textured and colourful images. Furthermore, she also prints directly with plants, immortalising their shapes and forms on paper. Her work reflects her childhood memories, her love of trees and her connection to nature. She has founded her own studio called 'Old Cartshed Studio'
