He was brought up in Wales. Beginning his creative journey studying fine art in Carmarthen school of art, before moving to London to study at the London Film School. Where he graduated with an MA in Filmmaking. After graduation from film school he worked as a production designer as well as directing micro budget music videos and short films. Establishing himself amongst a new wave of welsh film maker. He was selected to direct the short film Family Picnic for the BBC's "It's My Shout", an initiative that produces short films with budding filmmakers. He won the "It's My Shout" award for best director. He have directed various music videos for different musicians throughout his career spanning from 2012 to 2019. His most frequent collaborator has been Charli XCX, for whom he has directed number of music videos. He worked with Charli for three years—directing the music videos associated with her album True Romance. He went on to directed music videos for Banks, Transviolet, Olivia Holt, Jordan Stephens, and Jetta, among others. He also had the pleasure of directing the visuals for Little Mix's 2017 Glory Days tour.

In more commercial work he have directed fashion films and commercials working with brands such as Astrid Anderson, Elliss, Sorapol and editorial magazines ID, Hunger and Vogue.
