Centers around the results of the survey which was promoted in 1 (800) 591-3274. The four hour long film is centered around Garfield, Jon and Odie answering their front door to a mannequin. Said mannequin would then say one of the names from the survey and the amount of sexual partners they had/have. This would go on until the last 7 minutes of the film. The continuous sex survey calls, all ending with a newspaper comic transition and a laugh track are supposed to represent Jim Davis's jokes, and how they're all repetitive and just as boring and unfunny as all the others comic strips he made.
