It's Kyoto, and yet it is not. A microcosm of peculiar origins, "Mirror Kyoto." A small incident causes a young girl, Koto, to wander into this world. She runs into a mysterious monk, gets chased around by a tech-obsessed girl, and heartily enjoys her chaotic and colorful new life, but meanwhile, out of sight, a certain plan is being set into motion... In this mysterious city where spirits and humans have been thrown together, the festivities are about to begin!

3. Review
Koto's VA, Rie Kugumiya and Myoue's VA, Ken'ichi Suzumura, narrate this episode that goes over the events of the series. They're meeting, the introduction and role of Council of Three, and the return of their mother Koto and father Inari. They look back on the story of the family of a man who is reborn as a God, and their love and rebirth.
4. Yase's Monster News for the Looking Glass City
As Yase has one of her lackies shoot a television program following a yearly event in which unneeded objects mysteriously float away, Koto and co try to stop a young girl from being taken away with them.
5. Thus Spake the Monk, Myōe
The episode focuses on the buddhist, Myōe.
6. Reminiscence of the Black Rabbit, Koto
The episode focuses on how Lady Koto and the original Myoe first met.
