At Tokyo Racecourse, a man and a young woman are looking for something with binoculars. They are Shinji Aratani and Kaoru Nasuno, who work for Registry Supervision Division of Ministry of Justice. They spot a man dressed in all white who keeps betting trifecta, as if he already knows the race results...a typical action for "time travelers."
