Villainous Commissar Bulski creates a Titanium suit of armor, loaded with evil weapons, from magnetic beams to a disintegrator ray. Watch out! It's Iron Man versus Titanium Man... in the greatest hand to hand combat of all time!

Iron Man faces death if Happy doesn't bring him a needed component in time. Happy is wounded, but saves Iron Man's life.

Tony Stark is appearing before a congressional committee investigating the power of Iron Man. Before Stark can reveal anything, he has a heart attack. Eventually the newspapers let on that Stark and Iron Man are never seen together. In order to quash this rumor, Happy Hogan, Stark's assistant dons the armor. At the end of the segment the Mandarin thinking that Hogan is Iron Man, teleports him to his castle.
26. Death Duel
Happy Hogan, substituting for Stark as Iron Man, has been captured by the Mandarin, teleported to the Mandarin's castle. Although he is still recovering from his heart attack, Stark leaves the hospital and enters his factory to build a stronger than ever suit of iron armor. Before leaving, Stark records all of his secrets and leaves them on tape in case he does not return. Stark as Iron Man leaves the States in a capsule now on its way to China and the Mandarin's castle.

Stark- now in the guise of Iron Man - reaches the Mandarin's castle and battles for Happy's life.

Happy Hogan wraps his car around a tree. Injured, he is abducted from his hospital bed by the Black Knight for use as bait. Iron Man, in close pursuit, follows the Black Knight to his castle in order to save Happy. In a cliffhanger ending, Iron Man dangles from a stirrup at a perilous altitude.
32. Black Night's Gambit
Iron Man survives the high-altitude standoff with the Black Knight, only to get kicked around to the point of helplessness in a later fight. It's the fetching redhead Pepper who rescues him from disaster with the help of Tony Stark's zippy roadster, which Iron Man uses to recharge his battery. But in another cliffhanger ending, we wonder what's to become of Happy Hogan, about to undergo an experimental medical treatment with the Enervator.
33. Menace of the Monster
Iron Man loses power when trying to rescue Happy from the Black Knight's mysterious castle. Happy is turned into a monster, and Iron Man must save his own life and that of his friend.

Count Nefaria causes Iron Man to believe that he is fighting the Unicorn and the Crimson Dynamo in his nightmares. Iron Man must defeat aliens from outer space to stop Nefaria.
